So I believe an introduction is in order...

Hello!
Before I officially dive into this project, I would like to formally introduce myself. My name is Katy, I am a sixteen year old student who attends private Christian school in the Chicagoland area. Now for some people, this is all the information they need; it is short and to the point. Any further details might be too much and turn them away in an instant. Yet , this information does not really define me. They are the standard, black and white, two dimensional, shake your hand then walk away facts that every person learns, but do not truly care about.

I am one of those people- as you will soon find out if your continue to read my posts- who loves to do just about everything. Whenever an opportunity arises, I try and take it. This unfortunate reality causes me many a headache and I often get rather overwhelmed- not that I'll admit it to anyone. I say I can handle it, and I try and stay true to my word. Two other things you should know about me is I am obsessed with traveling to Europe. I have been to Italy four times, I have been to France twice, Greece once, and Monaco once- I am keeping a running tally. Ever since then I cannot get over my travel bug. I've had so many wonderful adventures, its amazing! And the other thing you should know is that I am planning on starting my own fashion line. I cannot reveal too many details at the moment, but it will happen. I've been planning on starting it up since I was in sixth grade, but it wasn't until now that I actually had the necessary tools, skills, and knowledge to begin. Hopefully, this blog will help to keep me accountable.

Well there you go. There is a splash of me. I hope that was interesting enough for you to check in on me and my humble blog once in a while... :)
